Steps!

Julia took her first, tentative, unassisted steps yesterday! She was a few feet from our garage holding a rock. She stood up and then walked the two steps it took to steady herself against the garage so that she could taste the yummy rock. It was immediately confiscated.

Her new friend Murat was there to witness the milestone and posed with Julia for this shot immediately afterwards.


Later, she "helped" Dad garden. Yummy.
